1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love every piece. If you're not completely satisfied, please review the rules below to see if your item is eligible for return:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items (including tailored gowns or monograms) are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Clearance, final sale, or specially marked “Final Sale” items.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order garments (unless defective).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below and include photos of the issue.

For verified defects or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled. If you need assistance, contact us promptly and we'll do our best to help.

Only For Princesses™ crafts delicate, story-driven garments — please handle returned items with care. Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may affect the refund amount.
