Each order includes your handcrafted garment, luxury gift packaging, and (for Character Collections) a complimentary storybook. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and shipping updates until your treasure arrives.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your princess’s treasure is shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.

We want every treasure to be truly loved. If a piece is not the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
